Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled
Social Media Content Writer
with strong experience in
US health-tech and healthcare services
to build and amplify executive thought leadership, primarily on
LinkedIn
. This role will also support external visibility through conferences, panels, podcasts, and industry forums.
Key Responsibilities:
Thought Leadership & Content Creation

Develop high-quality LinkedIn content (posts, carousels, long-form articles) aligned with US health-tech, value-based care, digital health, AI, and healthcare operations.

Translate complex healthcare and technology concepts into clear, credible, and engaging thought leadership content.

Maintain a consistent executive voice and narrative aligned with business and growth priorities.

Track content performance and refine strategy based on engagement metrics.
Industry Visibility & External Engagement

Identify relevant
health-tech conferences, summits, and industry events
for potential panel participation.

Proactively source and coordinate
panel discussions, speaking engagements, podcasts, and fireside chats
.

Liaise with event organizers, podcast hosts, and media partners to manage outreach and scheduling.

Prepare briefing notes, talking points, and content outlines for speaking engagements.
Collaboration & Strategy

Work closely with leadership, BD, and marketing teams to align content with strategic initiatives.

Monitor US healthcare policy, market trends, and competitor narratives to inform content themes.

Support campaign planning around major announcements, partnerships, and product milestones.
Required Qualifications

3–6 years of experience in content writing or social media management within
US healthcare, health-tech, or digital health
.

Demonstrated experience building
LinkedIn thought leadership
for executives or brands.

Strong understanding of US healthcare systems (e.g., payers, providers, value-based care, health IT).

Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.

Experience coordinating or supporting
conference panels, podcasts, or speaking engagements
.
Preferred Qualifications

Background in healthcare consulting, health-tech startups, or B2B SaaS.

Familiarity with AI in healthcare, analytics, population health, and care management.

Existing network or familiarity with major US health-tech events and forums.
