Social Media Coordinator

Required Qualification:

Experience: 1-3 yrs
Location: Teynampet, Chennai
Job Type: Contractual(Until Election)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day posting across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
• Coordinate with design, video, and content teams to ensure timely delivery of creatives
• Write engaging and on-brand captions and hashtags
• Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments and messages
• Assist in planning and executing campaigns and collaborations
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and platform updates
• Assist in influencer research and outreach, if needed

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in managing social media accounts
• Strong understanding of major platforms and content types
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Figma) and scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
• Attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to think creatively and adapt quickly to trends

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with paid social media campaigns
• Familiarity with basic analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Exposure to content creation (photos/videos/Reels)
• Knowledge of SEO and social media algorithms

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
