Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Coordinator to join Calvin Brands. This role is essential in developing and executing engaging social media strategies that enhance brand visibility, foster community engagement, and drive digital growth across all brands under the Calvin Brands umbrella. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and content creation techniques to elevate our online presence across various channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Create compelling content including graphics, videos, and written posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Manage daily social media activities across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and others using scheduling tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.
- Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience preferences and industry trends.
- Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search visibility.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and manage online relationships to foster community loyalty.
- Coordinate with public relations teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
- Oversee Facebook Advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publishing.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to promote products through social media channels effectively.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media management, video editing, photography, and related fields.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
- Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), graphic design, video editing, and photography skills.
- Hands-on experience with social listening tools, Google Analytics, SEO techniques, and web analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with scheduling applications such as Hootsuite and Buffer for efficient content management.
- Knowledge of Facebook Advertising and other paid social media campaigns.
- Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and brand consistency.
- Ability to analyze data insights to optimize campaigns effectively.
- Experience in relationship management within online communities is preferred.
