We’re a boutique social media agency specializing in content creation and social media management for wellness, skincare, and beauty brands — and we’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our growing team. Our team works quickly, creatively, and collaboratively — with an eye for aesthetics and a heart for helping brands grow.

You’ll play a hands-on role in managing and executing social media content for our clients, with an emphasis on creative storytelling, strategy, and consistency.

Role Description

This is an entry-level part-time job to start, with potential to grow. The need is for a Social Media Coordinator , candidates must be able to work based on EST. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing creative content calendars & strategies, implementing social media optimization techniques, writing engaging content that aligns with strategy, and posting across accounts.

Duties include:

  • Designing branded graphics optimized for social media
  • Write engaging, on-voice captions and social copy with attention to detail
  • Edit short-form video content (Reels and TikToks) from raw clips or provided footage
  • Submit content for internal and client review on a set schedule
  • Schedule approved content using scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Planoly)
  • Manually post Instagram Stories as needed based on campaign plans
  • Conduct light engagement weekly (commenting, liking, interacting with community)
  • Prep monthly analytics reports for client accounts

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability in developing creative ideas and engaging yet, visually appealing content
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with exceptional time management skills
  • Attention to detail to ensure high-quality content with error-free execution
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams
  • Continuous learner, staying updated with social media trends and best practices
  • Experience with content creation platforms like Canva, Capcut, Edits, Notion etc.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • NYC/EST based preferred, but all qualified applicants will be considered.

Compensation

**Monthly retainer depending on experience & location**

Job Type: Contract

Base Pay: $500.00 - $1,500.00 per month
