- Monitor social media channels through social listening techniques to track brand sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activity.
- Manage daily interactions with followers by responding promptly to comments, messages, and reviews to nurture community relationships.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to optimize content strategies and improve ROI.
- Coordinate with public relations teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital platforms.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads to maximize reach and conversions while maintaining brand integrity.
<Requirements>
- Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and web analytics tools including Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer (application).
- Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok Advertising and experience managing paid campaigns for brand growth.
- Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Nice-to-have skills include social listening expertise, video editing capabilities, photography skills, experience with e-commerce platforms, branding knowledge, public relations experience, relationship management abilities, and familiarity with web analytics tools.
