Conceptions Florida is looking for an experienced Social Media Coordinator to capture original content and suggest creative ways to attract more patients and promote our practice. The Social Media Coordinator will help lead in growing our brand and social media presence across various platforms.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Daily postings on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Twitter strategically targeting each platform’s unique audience.
• Build and nurture customer and follower relations across all social media platforms, continuously working to improve brand engagement.
• Sets goals and objectives for social media profile, establishes effective benchmarks for measuring impact of social media program, and creates a content strategy and schedule.
• Capture and analyze important metrics across platforms to share in monthly reports.
• Excellent writing, storytelling and communication skills through social media stories and feeds.
• Creates written, visual, and multimedia content targeted toward specific social media platforms and audiences (i.e. photos and statuses for Facebook, gifs, videos for Twitter).
• Engages with audiences on social media platforms (i.e. responding to comments, answering questions).
• Ensure the brand’s voice and vision is present in all messaging and content creation
• Experience creating content for Instagram Stories
• Research and discover current trends feeding into our brand presence

. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related field preferred
• Bilingual preferred
• Flexibility working on weekends
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum 2-year experience in social media content creation and on all social media platforms
• This is not a remote position. Candidate must report to our Coral Gables office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
