Social Media & E-commerce Coordinator
ELEGANCIA | DHA Phase 2, Karachi

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly organized Social Media & E-commerce Coordinator to handle the execution of content, online store management, and influencer operations.

This role ensures that all content goes live correctly, all products are properly listed, and all influencer activities are tracked and managed without gaps.

You will work closely with the Content Strategist and report to the Creative Director.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Social Media Publishing

• Schedule and publish content on Instagram, TikTok, and Stories
• Ensure all posts go live on time according to the content calendar
• Write captions based on strategist direction and brand tone
• Final check on every post before it goes live — caption, image, hashtags, timing

2. Shopify Product Management

• Upload products and images on Shopify
• Write product descriptions, titles, and tags
• Ensure all listings are accurate, complete, and published on time
• Maintain a clean and updated product catalogue

3. Influencer & PR Coordination

• Manage PR packages and coordinate deliveries with the logistics team
• Track influencer posting schedules and go-live dates
• Maintain a live influencer tracking sheet — deliveries, posts, links, performance
• Follow up consistently to ensure content goes live as agreed

4. Performance Tracking

• Pull weekly Instagram and TikTok analytics
• Share a short weekly performance summary with observations every Friday
• Flag what performed well and what did not

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 2–3 years experience in social media, e-commerce, or coordination
• Highly organized and detail-oriented above everything else
• Strong written communication in English and Urdu
• Comfortable following structured processes and meeting deadlines without supervision
• Active daily user of Instagram and TikTok
• Reliable and consistent — this role requires someone who never drops the ball

Must Have:

• Prior influencer coordination or PR gifting experience
• Shopify or e-commerce backend experience
• Basic Canva skills for simple story or promotional visuals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
