Role Overview
Buzz Advertising Agency is growing, and we’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment!! Our clients (many of whom are high-end jewelers) rely on us as a true extension of their team, and we take that responsibility seriously, while still having a lot of fun along the way.
As a Social Media Coordinator at Buzz, you’ll be the go-to for our clients, building out their monthly social media schedules, sending out social media inspiration and staying on top of trends. You’ll need to be organized, self-motivated, confident in social media, and excited to hit the road. This role includes semi-regular travel throughout the year for client visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gathering, editing, and scheduling social media posts
- Collaborate with fellow Social Media Coordinators and Account Managers to ensure strategic alignment
- Developing social media strategies and monthly schedules
- Write compelling captions, messaging, and calls-to-action tailored to each brand's voice
- Travel to client locations and gathering photo and video content to make a difference on their platforms
- Manage multiple client accounts while maintaining organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Stay informed on emerging social media trends, platform updates, best practices, and industry changes
- Tracking results and reporting back to clients with insight and enthusiasm
- Proactively identify opportunities for audience growth, increased engagement, and content improvement
- Coordinate with clients to request content as needed and gain approvals for successful content creation
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Has prior experience in social media creation, specifically on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Understands what makes content engaging and can adapt messaging and creative assets to different audiences and platforms
- Is a self-starter with excellent time management and communication skills
- Can effectively manage multiple client accounts, projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Has great attention to detail and strong proofreading skills to ensure content is accurate, polished, and aligned with brand standards
- Is creative, adaptable, and willing to think outside the box when developing content ideas and campaigns
- Is comfortable working with a creative team and giving/receiving feedback
- Is enthusiastic about travel
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
