Izzy Works is a boutique social media management company based in beautiful Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. We specialize in creating engaging digital content for local brands and authors looking to elevate their online presence. Izzy Works values creativity, strategy, and community — and is looking for an energetic coordinator to grow with the company.

Position Overview:
This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the ins and outs of social media marketing, branding, and digital strategy while working on real client accounts. If you're a detail-oriented content creator with a passion for all things social, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Research trends, hashtags, and engagement strategies tailored to various industries
• Support content shoots, graphic design, and video editing (Canva, CapCut, etc. experience a plus)
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and track analytics
• Help brainstorm creative campaigns, giveaways, and collaborations
• Maintain organized content calendars for internal and client use

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or recent graduate)
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms
• Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
• Self-starter who thrives in a creative environment
• Experience with Canva, Instagram Reels, CapCut or other basic video editing tools preferred
• Passion for social media trends, digital branding, and small business growth
