Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, highly organized, and creator-minded Social Media Coordinator to independently manage, concept, produce, and publish platform-native content across a diverse portfolio of brands.
This role requires a creative chameleon who can seamlessly shift gears between highly regulated markets (cannabis), fast-paced retail (supermarkets), cultural entertainment (theater), and vibrant nightlife.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our strategy and creative teams to ensure all content feels culturally relevant, visually engaging, and perfectly tailored to each brand's unique voice and audience.
Compensation: Salary based on experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Multi-Brand Management: Oversee day-to-day social media operations for distinct accounts—including cannabis brands, a supermarket chain, a theater, and bar—adapting tone and strategy for each.
- Content Production: Concept, shoot, edit, design, and package short-form and long-form content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Platform Mastery & Scheduling: Utilize mobile-first production workflows (CapCut) alongside desktop editing suites (Adobe Premiere Pro), and manage content programming using scheduling platforms like Metricool.
- Project Management: Manage end-to-end workflows independently, using tools like Asana to balance creative quality, fast-turnaround timelines, and stakeholder feedback.
- Trend Translation: Monitor internet culture, local trends, and audience behaviors, turning insights into engaging, culturally fluent content that drives conversation and foot traffic.
Required:
- 2+ years of experience creating platform-native content and managing social accounts with a portfolio demonstrating social-first storytelling.
- Hands-on experience shooting and editing video content using Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or equivalent production tools.
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end social workflows: from concepting and filming to community management and publishing.
- Strong understanding of internet culture and local trends, with specific examples of content developed for audience engagement.
- Exceptional organizational skills and experience managing multiple deliverables simultaneously across entirely different industries.
- Experience appearing on camera, conducting street-style interviews, or directing creators/talent for UGC-style brand formats.
- Strong knowledge of Meta advertising and community guidelines, particularly regarding restricted or regulated industries
