Social Media & Events CoordinatorRole Overview:

We are looking for a Social Media & Events Coordinator to support our Social Media Manager across Leo&Loona, Hello Park and Zamania brands with venues operating across the UAE and Bahrain and more locations in the future. This role is ideal for someone who understands the power of organic reach, stays on top of trends, and enjoys building genuine online communities in a fast-paced, creative environment.You will play a key role in content execution, daily platform management, and audience engagement, while working closely with the SMM and wider marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Execution & Support

- Assist in executing the monthly social media content plan, ensuring daily coverage across posts, reels, and stories.

- Support content creation and events management.

- Coordinate closely with designers to ensure timely delivery and consistency of creatives.

Social Media Management & Community:

- Publish daily content across all social media platforms.

- Manage and respond to all direct messages, comments, and community interactions in a timely, brand-appropriate manner.

- Handle Google Review responses and maintain a positive brand presence online.

- Actively engage with followers to strengthen community relationships and brand loyalty.

Copywriting & Publishing:

- Write clear, engaging captions and short

-form copy aligned with brand tone of voice.

- Support PR and campaign copy when needed.

Influencer & Trend Support:

- Assist with influencer outreach and coordination.

- Shortlist new influencers and support collaboration execution.

- Monitor trends, viral formats, and platform updates, flagging opportunities to the SMM.

Research & Insights:

- Support market and competitor research to inform content and engagement strategies.

- Track audience feedback and engagement patterns to help refine execution.

Requirements:

- Arabic speaker is compulsory (location flexible – anywhere in the world)

- Excellent written communication skills in EnglishStrong understanding of social media platforms and organic growth

- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentIf you are interested
