Mix N Morph Media is seeking a skilled and versatile Social Media Coordinator to join our team on a part-time contract basis. This role offers a genuine opportunity to grow into a full-time position for the right candidate.

What You'll Be Doing

The primary focus of this role is scheduling and coordination, including scheduling Reels across platforms, but we are open to expanding into content creation for a candidate who has that interest and ability. Additional responsibilities include monitoring social channels and supporting account growth through active social listening, crafting on-brand captions, and handling light administrative tasks as needed. Experience managing and growing an Etsy store, including creating product listings, is a welcome plus.

Platforms You Should Know

You don't need to be an expert in all of them, but familiarity is a definite plus: YouTube Studio, TikTok Studio, and Meta Business Suite. We are happy to train the right candidate on our specific workflows, but a solid foundation across these platforms is always appreciated.

What We're Looking For

You have hands-on experience coordinating social media accounts and a clear understanding of how platforms work and why content performs. You are organized, self-directed, and able to manage your responsibilities without close oversight. Strong writing skills, sharp attention to detail, and a genuine interest in social media strategy are a must. If you also have a creative side and an interest in content creation, that is something we would love to explore together.

The Details

This is a part-time, 1099 contractor position with a hybrid work arrangement. You are welcome to work from our Camdenton, Missouri office or remotely. For the right person, there is a clear path toward full-time engagement.

Pay based on experience. We are an equal opportunity employer.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
