Key Responsibilities:

- Post regularly and at optimal times
- Respond to comments, messages, and reviews
- Interact with followers and build relationships
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Run paid ads and promotional campaigns
- Promote products, services, and events
- Work with influencers or partners when needed
- Track performance (likes, shares, reach, conversions)
- Analyze what content works best
- Prepare monthly/weekly reports
- Develop social media marketing strategies
- Research competitors and trends
- Suggest improvements for growth
- Protect brand image online
- Monitor mentions and feedback
- Handle negative comments or issues professionally
- Work with marketing, sales, and design teams
- Coordinate with clients or management
- Support overall business goals
