Job Description:

• Lead the creative direction for all social media design projects and campaigns.
• Lead and inspire the creative team to deliver high-quality social media designs and campaigns.
• Develop innovative visual concepts that align with brand objectives and marketing strategies.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality social media graphics, carousels, stories, reels, and ad creatives.
• Manage and mentor graphic designers, motion designers, and creative team members.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital and social media platforms.
• Create compelling visual identities for campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Design creative assets for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and other digital channels.
• Lead brainstorming sessions to generate fresh and engaging content ideas.
• Review and approve all social media designs before publication.
• Develop motion graphics, animations, and video-based content to enhance engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and account management teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Create visually appealing presentations, pitch decks, and campaign mockups for clients.
• Establish creative guidelines, templates, and design systems for ongoing projects.
• Monitor social media trends and incorporate emerging design styles into creative strategies.
• Optimize creative assets based on campaign performance and audience insights.
• Manage multiple client accounts and ensure timely delivery of design projects.
• Oversee the production of digital advertisements, banner designs, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and content creators to produce high-impact visuals.
• Maintain quality control standards and ensure all deliverables meet professional design expectations.
• Drive innovation in design services by introducing new creative techniques, tools, and workflows to improve efficiency and results.
