We are looking for a Social Media Creative Strategist to support our Creative Manager in developing and refining creative strategies for social media content and paid ads. This role involves analysing current styles, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping shape a strong visual and storytelling direction across platforms. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in both video and image editing, with a strong grasp of social-first trends and aesthetics. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential. A keen eye for content performance and evolving platform styles is a must.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Creative Manager in developing creative strategies for social media content and ad campaigns
- Analyse current social media styles and performance to identify areas for creative improvement
- Create and iterate on content ideas tailored for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
- Collaborate with designers and editors to ensure visual consistency and performance alignmen
- Edit and produce engaging short-form videos and static content using Adobe Creative Suite
- Stay updated with social media trends, ad formats, and competitor strategies
- Support A/B testing efforts for creatives and suggest optimisations based on results
Skills & Experience Required
- 2+ years of experience in a social media creative or content strategy role
- Strong understanding of social-first content styles, storytelling, and platform trends
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.
- Experience with video editing, motion graphics, and image design for digital platforms
- Research and build an influencer strategy in collaboration with the creative and marketing team
- Write clear, creative influencer briefs to guide video creation and ensure brand consistency
- Track social trends and competitor campaigns to generate new creative concept
- Familiarity with ad creative performance metrics and best practices for paid social ads
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail, layout, and brand alignment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Rs80,000.00 per month
