Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Creator to strengthen our presence on social platforms. You’ll lead the creation and editing of photo and video content, working with our marketing team to deliver compelling and strategic visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and edit visuals—posts, stories, videos, graphics—tailored for each platform (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Youtube).
• Maintain a content calendar and schedule posts to ensure consistent, timely updates.
• Respond promptly to comments and messages, keeping brand tone and voice.
• Monitor social trends, hashtags, and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Track social performance (engagement, reach, growth). Analyze results and refine content strategy. Share insights in simple, actionable reports.

Requirements

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year in similar roles (Social Media Creator, Content Creator, Social Media Manager).
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, Journalism, or related field.
• English language fluency is a must.
• Strong content ideation and scriptwriting with attention to detail.
• Comfortable using social media platforms and editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or any other)
• Familiar with social or Google analytics to guide decisions.
• Creative thinker who works well under pressure and adapts quickly.
• Excellent at communicating and working in teams.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Basic knowledge of SEO for better content visibility.
• Experience with email content or CMS platforms like WordPress.
