Position Title: Social media cum project manager
Location: Zuditt Ai Innovations, Kasaragod, Kerala

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute social media strategies across all platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their digital needs and expectations are met.
• Lead, guide, and mentor creative and project teams, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery.
• Create effective communication bridges between clients, designers, content creators, and internal departments.
• Strategically assign tasks to team members, ensuring accountability, creativity, and efficiency.
• Resolve operational, creative, and interpersonal challenges proactively.
• Oversee project timelines, content calendars, and campaign performance.
• Travel as needed for client meetings, shoots, events, and site visits.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a project management role.
• Strong command of English and Hindi (both written and spoken).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple social media accounts, campaigns, and teams simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of content creation, analytics, trends, and platform algorithms.
• Good decision-making, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work under deadlines.
• Willingness to travel when required.
