  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and messages on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Handle product questions, pricing inquiries, order status, and service-related issues
  • Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and company policies
  • Manage and track customer leads generated through social media
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues to relevant departments
  • Maintain polite, helpful, and brand-consistent communication at all times
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and closure of issues
  • Monitor social media pages for comments, reviews, and mentions
  • Coordinate with sales, logistics, and production teams for order-related support
  • Record customer interactions and maintain daily inquiry and response reports
  • Support sales team by converting inquiries into potential customers
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and social media trend

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
