- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and messages on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Handle product questions, pricing inquiries, order status, and service-related issues
- Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and company policies
- Manage and track customer leads generated through social media
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues to relevant departments
- Maintain polite, helpful, and brand-consistent communication at all times
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and closure of issues
- Monitor social media pages for comments, reviews, and mentions
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and production teams for order-related support
- Record customer interactions and maintain daily inquiry and response reports
- Support sales team by converting inquiries into potential customers
- Stay updated with product knowledge and social media trend
