Social Media Customer Support Executive

ustomer Support

  • Respond to customer inquiries on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.
  • Handle comments, messages, and complaints professionally
  • Provide accurate product/service information
  • Resolve customer issues or escalate when required

Social Media Handling

  • Monitor all social media platforms regularly
  • Maintain response time and engagement quality
  • Ensure positive interaction with customers

Order & Inquiry Management

  • Record customer orders and inquiries
  • Coordinate with sales and delivery teams
  • Follow up with customers for confirmation

Reporting & Records

  • Maintain chat and inquiry records
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports
  • Update CRM or Excel sheets

Coordination

  • Work with marketing team for campaigns
  • Share customer feedback with management
  • Support sales team for lead conversion

Required Skills

  • Good communication skills (English + Urdu preferred)
  • Strong typing and quick response ability
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms
  • Customer handling and problem-solving skills
  • Basic MS Excel knowledge

Preferred Experience

  • 1–2 years in customer support or social media handling
  • Experience in furniture or retail industry is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
