- Respond to customer inquiries on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.
- Handle comments, messages, and complaints professionally
- Provide accurate product/service information
- Resolve customer issues or escalate when required
Social Media Handling
- Monitor all social media platforms regularly
- Maintain response time and engagement quality
- Ensure positive interaction with customers
Order & Inquiry Management
- Record customer orders and inquiries
- Coordinate with sales and delivery teams
- Follow up with customers for confirmation
Reporting & Records
- Maintain chat and inquiry records
- Prepare daily/weekly reports
- Update CRM or Excel sheets
Coordination
- Work with marketing team for campaigns
- Share customer feedback with management
- Support sales team for lead conversion
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (English + Urdu preferred)
- Strong typing and quick response ability
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms
- Customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Basic MS Excel knowledge
Preferred Experience
- 1–2 years in customer support or social media handling
- Experience in furniture or retail industry is a plus

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
