Social Media & Design Associate

We are looking for a Junior team member who can manage our social media presence, create engaging visual content, and handle basic tasks on WordPress. The ideal candidate should understand TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook trends and have a good command of design tools like Canva.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily posting, replies, and engagement across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Create visuals and other creative content using Canva.
• Support in planning and executing social media campaigns.
• Track performance of posts and suggest improvements based on insights.
• Update and maintain basic content on WordPress.
• Apply simple SEO practices to improve content visibility.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media management.
• Understanding of TikTok trends, Instagram Reels, and Facebook engagement strategies.
• Good design sense and hands-on experience with Canva.
• Basic knowledge of WordPress (posting, editing, updating content).
• Basic understanding of SEO practices.
• Strong communication skills and creativity.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Preferred:

• Experience creating short-form video content.
• Basic video editing skills.
• Interest in content trends and new platform features.
