About the Role

We’re looking for someone who can own our social media presence and also support our online portals with clean, functional visual design. You don’t need a degree—just strong skills, a good eye for design, and the willingness to learn. Training will be provided wherever needed.

What You’ll Do:

Social Media

• Manage and grow all social media profiles
• Create engaging posts, reels, and stories
• Track performance and suggest improvements

Visual & Web Design

• Design graphics and visual assets for website and topical social media posts
• Maintain and update web pages (content + visuals)
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints

Additional Responsibilities

• Basic CRM tracking
• Updating internal and external portals
• Creating and refining client profiles
• Coordinating with teams for timely updates and uploads

Skills You Need

• Strong graphic design skills (Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva/Figma)
• Web design basics (layout, UI fundamentals)
• Understanding of CSS is a plus
• Good communication and time management
• Ability to work independently and take ownership

Experience

• 1 year of graphic or web design experience preferred
• Experience managing social media pages is a plus
• Freshers with strong skills are welcome
