As our Social Media & Digital Content Specialist, you will lead the creation and sharing

of engaging content across our online platforms. You will help grow our online presence, connect with our community, support website updates, and contribute to a positive user experience. This role includes handling day-to-day digital tasks and supporting special projects as they arise.

Your content will support recruitment, celebrate our team, and reinforce our commitment to quality care.

What We Are Looking For

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or

equivalent experience)

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing social media for a business or organization
  • Strong writing and visual content creation skills (photos, short videos, graphics)
  • Familiarity with platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Basic knowledge of website updates (e.g., WordPress or similar) and SEO best practices
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

What You Will Be Doing

  • Content Creation: Write posts, design simple graphics, take photos, and record short videos that reflect our brand and values.
  • Social Media Management: Schedule and publish content daily/weekly across key platforms; monitor comments and messages.
  • Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Website Support: Update website pages, upload blog posts, fix broken links, and suggest improvements for user experience.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor basic analytics (likes, shares, reach, clicks) and report monthly on what’s working.
  • Digital Support: Assist with email newsletters, online event promotions, and ad hoc marketing tasks as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work with the HR and leadership teams to promote job openings, staff spotlights, and company updates.
