About the Role

Source Kode Solutions is hiring a creative, data-driven, and strategic Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to lead our online brand presence, email marketing campaigns, and employer branding initiatives. This role blends content creation, performance marketing, and digital storytelling to elevate our brand across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Marketing & Brand Presence

• Develop and execute multi-platform content strategies (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter)
• Grow and engage online communities through influencer marketing and brand ambassador collaborations
• Capture and publish internal events to boost employer branding and company culture visibility
• Refresh and unify brand identity across digital channels using visual storytelling
• Partner with HR to humanize internal communications and enhance market perception

Email Marketing & Conversion Optimization

• Manage tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and HubSpot to run campaigns and automation flows
• Analyze performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) to optimize campaigns
• Personalize messaging through audience segmentation and behavioral targeting
• Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, CTAs, and email layouts to improve ROI

Digital Strategy & Analytics

• Monitor KPIs across social and email channels using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and email dashboards
• Align digital efforts with business goals and growth targets
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, employer branding strategies, and audience behavior

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, email campaigns, and social media strategy
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.) and analytics tools
• Strong grasp of social media algorithms, content trends, and engagement tactics
• Creative mindset with expertise in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools
• Experience in influencer outreach, employer branding, and content marketing
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and project management skills

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

• Experience with Shopify apps for email/SMS/push marketing
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and content strategy
• Skills in video editing, photography, or event coverage
