Job description:
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Response & Customer Handling
- Respond promptly to leads from WhatsApp, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Maintain professional and engaging communication with new and existing customers.
- Follow up with interested clients to convert inquiries into sales.
2. Social Media Coordination
- Coordinate with the content team for daily and weekly social media posts.
- Share customer insights with the marketing team to improve content strategy.
- Ensure timely upload of stories, product posts, and announcements (if required).
3. Shoot Coordination
- Work with the photography/videography team to plan and schedule product shoots.
- Ensure the right products, models, and props are prepared before each shoot.
- Assist in selecting final images/videos for posting.
4. Sales & Product Promotion
- Present products clearly and persuasively to customers.
- Maintain knowledge of current collections, offers, and stock availability.
- Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer preference.
5. Communication & Reporting
- Maintain daily logs of customer interactions and sales conversions.
- Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams for order fulfillment.
- Provide weekly updates to the Sales & Marketing Manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- Familiarity with WhatsApp, Instagram, and basic digital tools.
- Sales-oriented mindset with good negotiation skills.
- Good multitasking and time-management abilities.
- Prior experience in sales, customer support, or social media handling is a plus

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
