Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description:

Prismatic Technologies Limited is hiring a creative and results-oriented Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online brand presence. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about social media trends, digital marketing strategies, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow company social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, graphics, and videos.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (organic and paid).
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media and digital marketing performance metrics.
• Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages professionally.
• Collaborate with the design and content team to develop creative campaigns.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
• Basic graphic design and content creation skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and email marketing basics.
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and organizational skills.
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Female candidates are preferred for this role.
