Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media & Digital Marketing Intern to join our team for a 2-month internship. The intern will assist in executing our social media strategy, content creation, and digital engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the digital marketing field and potentially join us full-time.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing content calendars for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
• Create engaging posts (graphics, captions, short videos, reels) aligned with brand voice
• Monitor social media accounts, respond to messages/comments, and engage with audience
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance (reach, impressions, engagement)
• Assist with paid social media campaigns (boosts, ads) under supervision
• Conduct competitor and trend research in the immigration / education / visa space
• Brainstorm content ideas, campaigns, and growth strategies
• Support other marketing tasks (email campaigns, blog posts, basic SEO) when needed

Requirements & Skills

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a related field (Marketing, Communications, Media, Business)
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and best practices
• Good communication skills in English and Urdu
• Creative mindset with ability to produce engaging content
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, or any graphic/ video editing tools
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g. Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights)
• Self-motivated, punctual, and able to work under guidance
• Portfolio or samples of previous social media work (if any) is a plus
