Location: This is a full-time, in-house position based in Wilmington, NC. (We are not considering freelancers or independent contractors.)
Position Summary: This is a dynamic, multi-disciplinary role that goes beyond social media. While you’ll be managing and designing social content, you’ll also be responsible for producing a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, videos, trade show graphics, signage, and digital ads.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in both marketing and graphic design who can manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced agency environment and stay organized under deadlines. You will work closely with a collaborative team of designers, developers, and marketing professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Design and produce brochures, flyers, print ads, digital banners, signage, and trade show graphics
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and execute marketing strategies
- Develop and maintain monthly content calendars for multiple clients
- Write and edit marketing copy, including social captions and print materials
- Monitor performance metrics, track engagement, and adjust content as needed
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual style across all channels
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or a related field
- Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and CapCut
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and visual marketing
- Ability to design for both digital and print media
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a client-facing or agency environment
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads or Google Ads
- Experience with WordPress or website content updates
