Role Description

This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist at Taysir. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing digital marketing strategies across social media platforms to grow brand awareness, drive user acquisition, and increase engagement. You will manage content calendars, run paid and organic campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and optimize strategies to support platform growth. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to align marketing efforts with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Social Media Management across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing strategies, including paid ads, content marketing, and growth campaigns.
• Ability to create engaging content (copy, reels, short videos, visuals) aligned with brand voice.
• Strong understanding of analytics and performance tracking (Meta Ads, Google Analytics, insights tools).
• Excellent communication skills with a creative and strategic mindset.
• Experience in user acquisition, engagement, and conversion optimization.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools, ad managers, and CRM/marketing automation tools is a plus.
