Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media Director/Partner to lead our digital storytelling and brand presence across multiple platforms. Duties
- Develop and implement innovative social media strategies aligned with overall brand objectives to increase engagement, followers, and conversions.
- Oversee daily management of all social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.
- Create, curate, and optimize engaging content—ranging from graphics created in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator to videos edited for platforms using Adobe Creative Suite or video editing software.
- Conduct social listening to monitor brand sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activity; leverage insights to refine campaigns.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize reach and ROI.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness; prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with influencers, media outlets, partners, and community members through proactive relationship management strategies.
- Coordinate public relations efforts by crafting press releases, managing media inquiries, and enhancing the brand’s reputation through strategic communication.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, e-commerce integrations, and emerging social media features to keep strategies fresh and effective.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a focus on content creation, branding, and campaign management.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; experience with video editing is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for monitoring brand mentions and industry trends.
- Expertise in managing advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising along with other paid media platforms.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools including Google Analytics to track performance metrics effectively.
- Excellent proofreading skills combined with a keen eye for branding consistency across all digital content.
- Ability to develop compelling visual assets that align with brand identity using Adobe Creative Suite applications.
- Experience in relationship management within digital communities or influencer networks to foster engagement.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, e-commerce integration strategies, and web analytics insights.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams while maintaining a proactive approach toward innovation.
