Responsibilities
- Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Manage daily social media management using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer, scheduling posts, monitoring interactions, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Create captivating content including photography, videos, graphics using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to enhance brand storytelling.
- Oversee e-commerce operations by updating product listings, optimizing product descriptions with SEO best practices, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Implement digital marketing campaigns including Facebook Advertising and Google Analytics insights to increase traffic and conversions.
- Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with public relations teams to coordinate branding efforts and manage relationship building with influencers and partners.
- Perform keyword research and web analytics to refine content strategies and improve search engine visibility.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, consistency, and brand voice before publishing.
- Support photography sessions for product shoots and create compelling visual content that aligns with branding guidelines.
Skills
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
