Telnet is a private limited company established in 2013, providing solutions in IT infrastructure, telecom, power & solar systems, civil works, and general order supplies. The company operates nationwide with a focus on delivering reliable products and services to corporate and commercial clients.
Job Summary:
The role is responsible for managing Telnet’s digital sales channels, including social media platforms, Daraz marketplace, and the company website (e.g., telnetstore.com). The objective is to increase online sales, improve brand visibility, and ensure efficient handling of customer inquiries and orders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Sales & Branding
- Manage Telnetstore’s official pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business etc.)
- Create and publish content related to IT products, CCTV, Solar Solutions, and ongoing projects
- Respond to customer inquiries, generate leads, and convert them into sales
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Coordinate with internal teams for accurate technical/product information
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, offers, and product launches (if Required.)
2. Daraz Store Management
- Handle Daraz seller account end-to-end
- Upload and optimize listings for Products
- Ensure competitive pricing, proper categorization, and keyword optimization
- Manage orders, returns, refunds, and customer reviews
- Participate in Daraz campaigns (11.11, 12.12, flash sales, etc.)
3. Website Management (telnetstore.com)
- Update products, pricing, and content on the website
- Ensure smooth website functionality and user experience
- Coordinate with developers/hosting providers for technical issues
- Monitor orders and coordinate fulfillment
- Implement basic SEO (keywords, meta tags, product descriptions)
4. Sales Coordination & Reporting
- Track sales performance across social media, Daraz, and website
- Maintain daily/weekly sales reports in Excel
- Analyze customer behavior and sales trends
- Analyze trends and suggest strategies to increase revenue
- Coordinate with inventory and operations team for stock availability
5. Customer Handling & After-Sales Support
- Respond to customer queries professionally and on time
- Handle complaints, warranty queries, and service coordination
- Maintain positive customer relationships
- Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in managing social media business accounts and online sales
- Hands-on experience with Daraz Seller Center
- Familiarity with website CMS (WordPress, Shopify, or similar)
- Good communication skills (English & Urdu)
- Good Customer dealing skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in e-commerce or online retail business
- Digital marketing (Facebook Ads, Google Ads)
- Basic graphic designing (Canva or Photoshop)
- Understanding of SEO and online customer behavior

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
