About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence across platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, especially reels and short-form videos, and have a strong understanding of social media trends, engagement strategies, and brand building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a social media content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
• Create, edit, and publish high-quality reels, videos, stories, and posts.
• Write engaging captions, hashtags, and copy to maximize reach and engagement.
• Manage daily posting schedules, ensuring consistency and timeliness.
• Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and algorithms.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and grow the community.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to align campaigns.
• Run paid campaigns (if required) and ensure ROI-focused execution.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Creator.
• Strong skills in video creation and editing (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style content).
• Proficiency with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere/After Effects.
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Excellent communication, creativity, and copywriting skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute content calendars.
• Awareness of the latest trends, memes, and viral strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in running ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Instagram Ads).
• Basic graphic design skills.
• Knowledge of influencer collaboration and partnerships.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
