Social Media Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, results-driven Social Media Manager to develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various social media platforms, content creation, audience engagement, and performance analytics to help grow our brand’s online presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, image, video, stories, reels) across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and manage community engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to create campaigns and promotions.
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) using analytics tools.
• Stay updated on trends, platform changes, and competitor activities to optimize content and strategy.
• Manage paid social media advertising campaigns and budgets.
• Ensure brand voice, style, and guidelines are consistent across all channels.
• Experience in taking photography, videography and making reels.
• Must have a knowledge in graphic designer.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of different social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
• Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Photoshop) and scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, etc.).
• Knowledge of SEO, social media advertising, and analytics.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
