Job Responsibility :-
- Content Creation: o Plan, design, and post engaging content, including images, videos, reels, and stories, tailored to our Instagram audience. o Develop creative captions, hashtags, and strategies to enhance visibility and interaction.
- Poster and Graphics Design: o Design visually appealing posters and in-house graphics for the academy’s events, campaigns, and announcements. o Create branded materials for stationery, merchandise, and other internal requirements. o Ensure designs align with the academy’s branding and maintain a professional aesthetic.
- Recording and Editing: o Record and edit short videos and reels, ensuring high-quality production and alignment with the brand’s voice and aesthetics. o Stay updated on trending audio, filters, and formats to keep content fresh and appealing.
- Community Engagement: o Actively engage with followers through comments, direct messages, and story interactions.
- Analytics and Strategy: o Monitor and analyses Instagram metrics (likes, comments, reach, saves, shares, etc.) to measure performance and optimize strategies. o Prepare monthly reports showcasing growth, engagement, and actionable insights.
- Social Media Calendar: o Maintain and execute a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with campaigns, promotions, and events. o Collaborate with other departments to align social media activities with overall marketing goals.
- Trend Awareness: o Stay informed on Instagram trends, updates, and algorithm changes. Implement innovative strategies to leverage platform features for maximum engagement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing Instagram accounts for brands or businesses.
- Strong visual and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in video editing tools and social media management software.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Knowledge of Instagram analytics and tools like Insights, Creator Studio, or third-party platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills. Preferred:
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark)
Job Type: Full-time
- Work hours : 11am – 6:30 pm
- Sunday and a half day off
- Additionally, there are about 35 days of paid leaves in a year
- Starting Salary : Rs.20,000- Rs. 25,000 per month
