Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and grow Techpaathshala’s online presence. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, designing posts using Canva, planning monthly content calendars, and producing reels and scripts that connect with our audience. This position is ideal for someone with 6 months to 1 year of experience who loves social media trends, enjoys storytelling, and can bring fresh ideas to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow Techpaathshala’s social media presence across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
• Create engaging and visually appealing posts, reels, and stories using Canva and other tools
• Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars
• Write scripts and captions for reels and short videos
• Monitor trends and brainstorm fresh content ideas to increase engagement
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotions
• Track performance metrics and suggest improvements for better reach and engagement

Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience with Canva (or similar tools) for designing social media creatives
• Knowledge of trending social media formats and ability to create engaging reels
• Strong writing skills for captions, scripts, and content planning
• Ability to plan and organize content calendars
• Basic understanding of social media analytics
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines
