We seek Mumbai /Navi Mumbai based qualified professionals who can simultaneously act as client-facing account executive and in-house graphic designer for multiple social-media accounts. You will own the entire micro-campaign cycle: client brief → content calendar → copywriting → design → publishing report.
Key Responsibilities
Client Servicing & Strategy
- Serve as primary contact for 2–3 assigned brands; build annual and monthly content plans aligned to business KPIs.
- Present creatives, schedules and performance reports; secure client approvals within SLA.
- Translate brand objectives into platform-specific tactics (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, X).
Creative & Design
- Design on-brand static posts, stories, reels covers, carousels, Google-display sets and print adaptations using Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
- Employ generative-AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly) to accelerate ideation while maintaining brand consistency.
- Write concise, engaging captions, hashtag sets and call-to-action copy in English; ensure error-free grammar.
Project & Quality Management
- Maintain content calendars in Google Sheets/Asana; coordinate with photographers, influencers and media buyers to meet deadlines.
- Monitor real-time metrics (reach, saves, ROAS) and iterate visuals/copy for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of agency experience combining client servicing and graphic-design duties.
- Portfolio demonstrating at least six social-media campaigns where you authored both copy and visual assets.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); working knowledge of Figma or After Effects preferred.
- Solid grasp of platform specs, safe zones, aspect ratios and best-practice posting times.
- Strong verbal & written English communication.
