Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the company’s Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars (posts, reels, stories).
- Create visually appealing content using Canva/Photoshop and edit reels using tools like CapCut/InShot.
- Monitor community engagement, respond to queries, and build brand conversations.
- Track analytics via Instagram Insights and Google Analytics; prepare performance reports.
- Run and support paid campaigns (boosted posts, story ads, targeted campaigns).
- Stay updated on social media trends, hashtags, and best practices to drive reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with the team to align social media activities with brand goals.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in a digital marketing agency.
- Hands-on experience managing Instagram accounts end-to-end.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and performance marketing.
- Skills in content creation, reels editing, and scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, etc.).
- Strong copywriting for captions, CTAs, and brand storytelling.
- Analytical mindset with ability to track KPIs and adapt strategy.
- Creative, proactive, and trend-savvy.
