Social Media Executive

We at Bharati Defence are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage day-to-day social media activities including content planning, posting, audience engagement, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate should have experience in SEO, graphic design, and be proficient in creating and scheduling content across platforms. Strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to work independently are essential for this role.
Job Description

• Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and more.
• Monitor, respond to, and engage with community comments, messages, and trends.
• Track and report on KPIs (engagement, reach, followers, etc.) regularly.

Content Creation & Graphic Design

• Design visually appealing graphics, banners, reels, stories, and carousels using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Collaborate with the content and marketing team to create compelling campaigns and stories.
• Edit short-form video content for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

• Optimize social media posts and website content for SEO.
• Conduct keyword research for blogs, website pages, and social media content.
• Monitor and improve organic search rankings and website traffic using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Communication & Collaboration

• Work closely with the digital marketing team, content writers, and designers to execute campaign strategies.
• Collaborate with influencers, partners, or clients as required. Prepare performance reports, competitor analysis, and strategic recommendations

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
