Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Officer to manage our online presence, create engaging visual content, and support key marketing initiatives. This role will focus on social media management, poster and creative design, and executing major digital marketing activities to strengthen the company’s brand and communication strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
• Design posters, creatives, and marketing collateral that align with brand guidelines.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns.
• Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
• Support marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities with creative design inputs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Stay updated with the latest social media and digital marketing trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media handling and graphic/poster design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, trends, and analytics.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Prior experience working in a Finance company or Corporate sector will be given preference.
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and paid ad campaigns.
• Experience in video editing or motion graphics.
• Prior experience in managing brand pages or corporate social media accounts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Thrikkakara, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Social media marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
