Social Media Executive

Duties and Responsibilities

· Develop and execute a social media strategy to drive traffic to our website

· Create engaging content, including copy, images, and videos, to be shared across all social media channels

· Manage all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

· Use analytics to track the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

· Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure all social media efforts align with overall marketing goals.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure we are maximizing our social media potential.

· Responsible to vendor dealing, including printing material, flyer, banner, brochure, streamers, signboards and other marketing promotional material.

· Perform any other tasks assigned by work supervisor.

· Design and produce camera-ready art including graphs, charts, clip art, posters, digitization of graphics, line-art, and/or photos.

· Coordinate with all departments to promote marketing objectives, creative direction, and brand consistency.

· Maintain index, and log and originals of all creative work executed.

· Test graphics across various media.

· Support other departments of the Hospital in design related activities.

· Support the Quality Department in health and safety by developing safety themes, signage and messages.

· Conceptualize and design promotional material such as flyers, banners, ads, brochures, for Medical department & Doctors’ promotions.

· Manage design revisions and approval of artwork for information accuracy.

· Shoot interviews of Doctors and satisfied patients for Social Media Promotion.

· Design web pages, brochures, logos, signs, advertisements, annual reports, and other communication material.

Academic Qualification

Graduate

Skills/Knowledge

Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo-editing software.

Creativity and innovation.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.
