Social Media Executive

Please note the candidate for this role needs to be highly motivated, versatile, with a clear understanding of social media and content creation.

On any given day, a social media executive will be responsible for setting client strategy for campaigns, creating photography/videography using an iPhone, finding trending reels, templates & music for reel creation, analysing data across platforms, creating viral Instagram reels, coordinating messaging with PR & Communications, scheduling client work, completing reports. Instagram Admin & management.

Candidate must have:

Must have experience in:

• ⁠ ⁠3+ years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
• ⁠ ⁠Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
• ⁠ ⁠Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube
• ⁠ ⁠Good understanding of social media KPIs
• ⁠ ⁠Excellent multitasking skills
• ⁠ ⁠Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• ⁠ ⁠Team player
• ⁠ ⁠Good time-management skills
• ⁠ ⁠Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

Job Role:

• ⁠ ⁠Creation of Instagram Reels, Stories, and posts for Clients
• ⁠ ⁠Creating schedules for content creation days & client work
• ⁠ ⁠Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy
• ⁠ ⁠Define most important social media KPIs
• ⁠ ⁠Manage and oversee social media content
• ⁠ ⁠Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
• ⁠ ⁠Create engaging copy & captions to ensure content is informative and appealing
• ⁠ ⁠Adhere to social media rules and regulations
• ⁠ ⁠Present to Senior Management
• ⁠ ⁠Time slot management
• ⁠ ⁠Creating concepts for clients based on trending socials (reels).
• ⁠ ⁠Managing diaries organising meetings
• ⁠ ⁠Typing compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondences.
• ⁠ ⁠Ability to understand the outcome of a project or client base work.
• ⁠ ⁠Ability to juggle multiple projects and changing priorities while managing deadlines.
• ⁠ ⁠Ability to collaborate well with other creative professionals.
