Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Executive located in Dubai. The Social Media Executive will be responsible for planning and executing media campaigns, managing social media accounts, developing and implementing social media strategies, and optimizing social media performance. The role also involves creating engaging content and maintaining effective communication across various platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Media Planning skills
• Proficient in Writing and Content Creation
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience with social media analytics tools and metrics is a plus

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and engage with online communities across multiple social media platforms (META, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YT)
• Schedule, post, and monitor daily content
• Support in planning and creating editorial calendars
• Assist with crafting engaging captions and short-form copy
• Collaborate with the design and strategy teams on campaigns and content ideas
• Track trends, competitors, and engagement performance
• Communicate with clients and influencers when needed
• Prepare and share performance reports with clients (experience in reporting is a plus!)

• 2–3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing 
• Preferably on a dependent visa
• Driving license is a plus
