Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative Social Media Executive who can manage online presence and also assist in planning and executing office events. The ideal candidate should be skilled in Meta Ads management, social media handling, and content creation, while also supporting corporate and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Run and optimize Meta Ads for lead generation and brand visibility
• Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and blogs
• Plan and coordinate in-house events, celebrations, and activities
• Collaborate with designers and video editors for creative content
• Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports
• Stay updated with social media trends and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing and content creation
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and trends
• Good organizational skills to manage events and campaigns
