Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to lead the online presence of the Tattu brands in Dubai. The role requires someone who understands luxury dining and lifestyle marketing, can translate brand identity into engaging digital storytelling, and has a strong eye for aesthetics, trends, and performance insights.


Key Responsibilities:


Social Media Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars for all three Tattu Dubai accounts, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns, events, and brand direction.
  • Maintain a distinct tone and visual identity across each concept - restaurant, sky pool, and sky lounge, while ensuring cohesive overall brand positioning.
  • Curate mood boards and creative direction decks to guide photo and video shoots, ensuring each aligns with Tattu’s visual storytelling and seasonal campaigns.


Content Creation & Curation

  • Work with the copywriter to develop engaging, brand-appropriate captions and storytelling posts that elevate brand perception and drive engagement.
  • Design and schedule Instagram Stories, Reels, and posts using high-quality visuals and templates that reflect the brand aesthetic.
  • Plan, brief, and coordinate photo and video shoots with outsourced photographers and videographers, ensuring deliverables match campaign objectives and social-first formats.
  • Collect, organize, and catalogue digital assets (photo, video, UGC) for future use across social platforms.
  • Curate content that can also be optimized for digital advertising in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Executive.


Community Management & Engagement

  • Oversee daily community management, including responding to comments, DMs, and tags in line with brand tone and guest experience standards.
  • Proactively engage with relevant influencers, guests, and partner accounts to build digital brand affinity and visibility, in collaboration with BMM and PR agencies.
  • Monitor social media trends and competitors within the luxury hospitality and lifestyle sector to identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.


Analytics & Performance

  • Track and analyze post-performance and audience insights across each account to inform monthly reports and refine strategies.
  • Identify top-performing content and trends to continuously improve engagement, reach, and conversions.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing social media for luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and emerging digital platforms, with an eye for algorithmic trends.
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Excellent visual judgment, writing skills, and attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker with a strong understanding of luxury brand storytelling.
  • Photography and videography direction experience is a plus.
