Responsible in assisting our in-house marketing team with gathering customer feedback's & conducting social media audits to ensure uniformity across platforms and channels like Facebook, Instagram, and aggregators.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct social media audits to ensure uniformity across platforms and channels like Facebook, Instagram, Zomato, and aggregators
• Gather customer feedback and insights from social media, including reviews and comments.
• Share this feedback with the operations team to identify areas of improvement or address specific customer concerns.
• Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, relevant hashtags, and trending topics to stay informed about community conversations.
• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms to maintain an active presence and build relationships with followers and guests.
