AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is looking to hire Social Media Executive for its Marketing Department- Based in Head Office Karachi.

Days: Monday - Saturday
Job Duties:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and meet business goals.
- Conduct market research and create content calendars.
- Plan and manage paid social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to drive lead generation, conversions, and brand visibility.
- Ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events at the outlet level.
- Support upselling and cross-selling initiatives by coaching frontline staff on product knowledge, promotions, and customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize content, adjust strategies, and improve campaign performance for better results.
- Oversee the generation and submission of high-quality outlet-level content (photos, videos, customer interactions, and activity highlights) to support digital and offline marketing initiatives.
