Job Overview:

SourceCode is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage our digital presence across multiple social platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, driving brand awareness, increasing engagement, and contributing to the overall growth of our online community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter.
• Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content (posts, stories, reels, and videos).
• Monitor social media channels, respond to audience interactions, and manage brand reputation.
• Track campaign performance using analytics tools to generate reports and optimize results.
• Collaborate with the design, marketing, and content teams for campaign execution.
• Stay updated on current trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
• Assist in running paid social media campaigns for brand reach and lead generation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or relevant field.
• 1+ year of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and content strategies.
• Excellent communication, creative thinking, and copywriting skills.
• Basic understanding of analytics tools and paid ads is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
