Role Overview:
The Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing the company’s social media calendar, planning content, coordinating with internal teams, and handling influencer collaborations to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Calendar Management

  • Plan, create, and manage monthly social media content calendars.
  • Coordinate with design, marketing, and product teams for timely content creation.
  • Schedule posts across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Ensure content aligns with campaign goals, product launches, and brand guidelines.
  • Track posting performance and adjust the calendar based on insights.

2. Influencer Marketing

  • Identify and shortlist suitable influencers based on brand target audience.
  • Manage outreach, communication, and negotiations with influencers.
  • Coordinate product dispatch for influencer collaborations.
  • Track influencer deliverables, timelines, and content quality.
  • Measure influencer campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions).
  • Maintain an updated influencer database.

3. Social Media Growth & Engagement

  • Monitor page performance using analytics tools.
  • Respond to comments, DMs, and customer queries.
  • Work on strategies to increase followers, reach, and engagement.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, reels, and platform changes.

4. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.
  • Maintain logs for influencer collaborations, expenses, and ROI.
  • Track competitor activities and industry trends.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & trending formats
  • Experience in influencer coordination
  • Basic content writing skills
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, insights, etc.)
  • Good communication and time-management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,863.67 - ₹19,000.00 per month
