About the Role
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong content creation skills, an understanding of event industry trends, and the ability to engage audiences effectively. This role will support the marketing team in executing campaigns for corporate events, weddings, MICE events, brand activations, and other experiential engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
- Create compelling reels, stories, posts, and event highlights aligning with brand identity.
- Work closely with the design team to develop creatives, event teasers, and promotional material.
- Maintain a monthly content calendar and ensure timely execution.
Event Coverage & Coordination
- Capture behind-the-scenes content, live updates, and event highlights during on-ground events.
- Coordinate with event teams to gather photos, videos, and relevant content.
- Ensure timely publishing of event case studies, post-event reels, and success stories.
Brand Building & Audience Engagement
- Monitor social media trends and apply them to increase brand visibility.
- Respond to queries, comments, and messages in a professional and timely manner.
- Grow the online community through strategic engagement.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, and follower growth.
- Prepare monthly reports with insights and improvement recommendations.
- Optimize content based on analytics and learnings.
Campaign Support
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns for events.
- Coordinate with influencers, partners, and collaborators wherever required.
- Contribute ideas for promotions, contests, and audience-engagement activities.
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management (preferably in an event, advertising, or creative agency).
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Hands-on experience with Canva, Photoshop, video editing tools, or reel-editing apps.
- Good understanding of social media algorithms and trending formats.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during events.
- Willingness to travel for on-ground event coverage.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
