Job Description: Social Media Intern (Rajputi Poshak Page)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to manage and grow our Rajputi Poshak Instagram page. The ideal candidate should have a passion for traditional fashion, an eye for aesthetics, and willingness to learn content creation techniques. You will work closely with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency and drive audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:1. Instagram Page Management

• Handle the day-to-day operations of the Rajputi Poshak Instagram page.
• Plan, schedule, and upload posts, reels, and stories.
• Maintain a consistent aesthetic and brand tone.

2. Content Creation & Shoots

• Assist in planning and executing photoshoots with models wearing Rajputi Poshak.
• Coordinate shoot locations, outfits, and setups as required.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content for stories and reels.
• Support in basic photography and videography (training will be provided).

3. Creative Development

• Learn and implement creative editing for posts, reels, and stories.
• Stay updated with Instagram trends to create engaging content.
• Suggest new ideas for campaigns and festive promotions.

4. Engagement & Growth

• Engage with followers through comments, DMs, and story interactions.
• Monitor page insights and prepare weekly growth reports.
• Assist in hashtag research and competitor page analysis.

5. Training & Learning

• Will be trained in:
• Basic photo/video editing
• Reel creation and trending formats
• Instagram post/story design
• Content planning and branding guidelines

Qualifications & Skills:

• Basic understanding of Instagram features and trends.
• Interest in fashion, especially traditional attire (Rajputi Poshak preferred).
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of photography/videography is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a team and manage time effectively.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
